The Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky 70cl boasts a complex and unique flavor profile, derived from the use of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and the distillery's commitment to 5 keystones of production for over 220 years. These include hand cut aromatic peat, hand turned floor maltings, sherry oak casks the Viking way, long winters and cool maturation, and cask harmonisation. This aptly named whisky received the Chairman's Award at the 2018 and 2019 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, and features notes of sweet honeyed malt, dried fruit, marzipan, golden syrup, floral heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke. Enjoy it straight, over ice, or with a splash of water for a memorable drinking experience.
