As a customer of Booziedrinks.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we work hard to make sure that every product we ship to every customer arrives in great condition. Except for perishable or customised items or those that have been marked as non-returnable, you are free to cancel your order whenever you want without incurring any fees.
If you receive your purchase and are dissatisfied with any of the items, we will gladly exchange the items or refund your money as long as you notify us of your decision to return the items within seven business days of the order's delivery date. However, we will only cover the expense of returning items that were damaged or defective, or that were delivered incorrectly.
Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 5 days of the date that you notified us of your intention to return the product(s).
Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.

For all returns, please follow the following instructions to ensure that the products are received in perfect condition and your returns can be processed quickly:
1. Return a copy of your invoice to us with the items that you are returning highlighted. Please note the quantity and reason(s) for return against each item on your invoice.
2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the completed invoice.
3. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other address labels are shown.
Cancellations
At any time up to seven working days after the date of your order's delivery ("The Cancellation Period"), all non-business customers (i.e., those who are not purchasing either entirely or in part for business use) have the right to cancel a contract ("Contract") in which they purchase merchandise ("Products") from us or withdraw their offer to purchase the Product(s), as applicable, unless the order includes personalised products or we have specified that the products are non-returnable.
Before the cancellation period ends, you must provide us written notice if you wish to cancel your order. You should return the item or items to us if you have already accepted delivery of the order. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the product or products and for any damage to them until we acknowledge receipt of them, unless the items were delivered incorrectly, were damaged, or were defective. You should therefore make sure that the product or products are sufficiently covered by insurance. It is legally required of you to hold onto the goods or products and to treat them with reasonable care until you return them. Should the product(s) show signs of damage or tampering we may have a right against you for compensation. We retain the right to arrange for collection of the product(s) at your cost in the event that you have not returned the product(s) within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
Changes to Your Order
Should you wish to amend your order you are able to do so if you have not received an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched.

Exchanges & Returns
We are pleased to swap products for any reason, provided that you notify us of your desire to return the item or items within 7 working days after delivery and that you are willing to pay for the return and, if necessary, insurance. Only when the products are received in the same condition as when we shipped them will a complete refund be issued.
Please be aware that we will reimburse the difference using the original payment method if the product you are exchanging is worth more than the replacement.
You will need to pay more if you are exchanging a product that is worth less than the replacement item.
You will be responsible for paying a new shipping and handling fee when you exchange a goods. The original invoice may be required as evidence of purchase, so please keep it. As soon as we get the returned item, we will process your credit and charge your credit card for the new item.
